About what I think Social Media must take care…people

Someone ask me about how these five aspects apply to Social Media: Personality, Honesty, Transparency, Relevance and Being there…And I wrote them back my thoughts

This five aspect describe person’s qualities because Social is not something that you do is something that you are. Social Media is just a zoom (amplification) of our relationship with our environment. Social Media is for create long time relationship with your customers: listen to them and give them back a just in time answer, and then they will engage with you.

Social Media strategies and actions have to be made with the concept of “value” in mind, because this will express in fact, the relevance of the relationship. .This values must be exposed honestly and clearly in your media, to accomplish  a strong relationship. Basically, value is dependent on your need, and the way you express it; it is highly dependent on the context & time. So value is something highly personalized. A Social Media action is relevant for people if they can have a “value” in return. Value can be a good, a service or money it’s our strategy that will leads us to choose it. The sharing values must conduct both in a manner of partners, in keeping up with the relationship.

Personality involves your strategy like being interesting in order to your public follow you up. Today, the most important communities are built by interest of sharing something and that leads their actions.

Social Media is in real time. You can’t wait long time to get in touch with your client because most of the time you will lose them. The access to social platforms is really easy for all us, so with just a little message of an angry customer, post it in a social network that you don’t take in control, could lead to a crisis in a short time and even to lose it.

Shiv Singh, Razorfish VP, says “the purpose of a business is to serve a customer who creates customers” and I think Social Media is one way to support all the others marketing strategies.

Finally, social media is a “win to win” strategy because it gives us insights about what consumer wants and we can develop new services, products.
